This course is available in mixed formats and is aimed at internal communications staff and managers in health and care settings, heads and directors of communication and transformation, change practitioners and OD leads. It is also suitable for board members and senior and trainee leaders and managers with an interest in employee engagement.

Many NHS Trusts and healthcare providers devote significant time and expend precious finite resources creating and delivering internal communication plans and campaigns, yet few of these have had any impact on staff wellbeing, job satisfaction and employee retention.
