It is also suitable for ICS board members and senior and trainee managers with an interest in understanding stakeholder and partner engagement.

-
Understand how to plan and apply engagement that builds and maintains trust.
Working in partnership and collaboration with stakeholders from all sectors, public, private and voluntary, is increasingly important for health and care organisations facing complex systemic challenges. The requirement for public bodies to work effectively together within Integrated Care Systems (ICSs) will only be made possible by the proactive maintaining of effective relationships built on trust. As someone who worked successfully in the field of communication and stakeholder engagement for many years, I have a wealth of insight and knowledge to share to help people and organisations build trust with each other in pursuit of a common purpose.
